Milan , Italy – The new Spring/Summer 2010 men’s collection for Moschino is one totally axed in youthful elegance and weekend hip. The clean silhouettes slim the body as they set it forth in a flurry of well tailored suits, skinny pants, trousers, etc. Some pants are Capri style while others such as the trousers in the suits are skinny, with cuffs rolled well above the ankles. Many of the jeans have floral prints decorating both the waist and inside of the pants.

The suits are reminiscent of what one would associate to a Dexter Poindexter look; that is to say a subdued chic with a strong intellectual appeal. But this Poindexter’s humour blends well with his undeniably modern charm. This humour and chic are what easily distinguish the Moschino men’s line from the other top men’s lines presented in Milan. While they have have overwhelmingly focused their collections on overt sexuality, flashy bodies, flesh and flash, Moschino opts for a far different approach.
