June is shaping up to be a very beautiful month. Not only are we starting to have some really nice mid spring weather on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean, we are really seeing the natural joy coming out in everyone thanks to it. This good weather also coincides with many exciting developments for Fashion Insider TV and our US parent company, MLJ MEDIA. Over the coming weeks, be on the watch out for some ground breaking news on our activities. These announcements will be made via a mass mailing and on www.TheFashionInsider.com.

June also signals the return of men's fashion week in both Paris and Milan. We will be bringing you updates through our coverage of those weeks. As we will be attending the Spring/Summer 2008 collections, look forward to receiving the latest news on the flesh revealing garments, light fabrics and hot swimwear.

Before I leave you, I just want to remind you all that just in case you were a bit lethargic since the spring began, it's not too late to slim down and renew with your great form just in time for swimwear season. Nine to twelve trips over a three week period will be sufficient enough for most. If you are not a member of a gym, then a daily jog with increased amounts of proteins and reduced amounts of carbohydrates and fats will do the trick. Also, don't be afraid to throw in a few daily push-up and stomach crunches. And send to us your “before” and “after” photos of you in swimwear, and we will share them with our readers…
