Beverly Hills, CA - Keither Sutherland, with those gorgeus eyes, is well in trouble. He has been caught drinking & driving... AGAIN!

One may ask, what is so awful about that? Well hummm... let me see. Other than the fact that he could have killed someone, he will be standing before the same judge that threw the book out the door on Paris Hilton. I wonder what crazy punishment he will come up with this time. I mean the “24" star only has 2 counts against him: one for driving under the influence, and one for driving with blood alcohol level of .08. Oh child please!!! I have no pity for this fool. Gorgeous eyes or not, the time has come to teach the guy a lesson that he will remember. Oh I don’t know how about sentencing him to picking up trash ( NOT) or better yet make him help perform autospies. Maybe then he’ll realize life!

Speaking of stupid and dumber...
Nicole Richie was oredered by a court to attend an 18 month anti drinking community education program. Acutally it’s the Mulitple Offender Drinking Driver Program called SB 38. Basically a long title that to this skank will mean... "Why am I here? Don’t they know I was high not drunk? All I have to pay is $1,790? That’s chump change for me."

So really what good will this be for her? Probably none, but hopefully it will at least keep her from doing anything else stupid for the sake of her baby. Oh come on someone please give her a whole box of bitch-slaps to wake her up.

And in other WEIRD news...
Michael Jackson is considering marriage again. This time to his long time nanny, Grace Rwaramba. He has his lawyers checking on her marital status. Huh, what is this? Apparently she is married to Stacey Adair even tho...
