Paris , France – E! Entertainment has named the supermodel Karolina Kurkova as the “Sexiest Woman In the World”.

In an interview with AccessHollywood.com, a company representative stated, "Karolina is flattered to have been named Sexiest Woman in the World by E! …As she delves into the motion picture industry with her upcoming role in 'G.I. Joe,' she appreciates the support E! has given her."

The 24 year old Czech-born beauty who has taken on the role of Cover Girl in the widescreen adaptation of the G.I. Joe cartoon series and comic book, beat out Hollywood powerhouse Angelina Jolie, who finished third on the list. Fellow supermodels Bar Rafaeli, Gisele Bundchen, Adriana Lima and Heidi Klum each finished second, fourth, seventh respectively.

Also making the cut are actresses Scarlett Johansson and Peneleope Cruz who finished fifth and eighth. Manuela Arcuri finishes out this year’s list in tenth position.
