Paris, France – Michelle Obama joined supermodel Heidi Klum on People Magazine’s celebrity-studded best dressed list for 2008. Mrs. Obama, wife of the democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama, is the only one who practices a steady “9-to- 5” career.

Klum, who stars in the reality television, Project Runway also hosts Germany’s Next Top Model, in which she assumes the role of her American counterpart, Tyra Banks.

Also making this years list is the singer Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas, Kate Hudson, Charlize Theron, Eva Mendes, Sara Jessica Parker, Anne Hathaway, Qwyneth Paltrow and singer Rihanna.

Though the top 10 list is dominated by actresses, Michelle Obama was chosen for her “real woman’s” elegance which comes from pragmatic fashion choices which include selections from Gap and H&M.
