Atlanta, USA - The Chambre Syndicale has published its tentative Spring/Summer 2008 calendar of fashion shows. The calendar has 87 shows listed with possibly more waiting to be confirmed.
Among the top shows of the season, we find Elie Saab, Chanel, Kenzo, Lie Sang Bong, Vivienne Westwood, Christian Dior, Jean Paul Gauliter, Dice Kayek, Marithé & François Girbaud, John Galliano, Christian Lacroix, Yves Saint Laurent, Stella McCartney and Alexander McQueen.
Ralph Rucci will be making his return to Paris and will show his hit Chado ready-to-wear luxury collection. Rucci was an invited member among the closed circle of haute couture, showing dazzling and beautiful collections over several couture seasons. Joining him in Paris debuts is Sophie Albou who will be showing on the French runways her Paul & Joe women’s collection for the first time. Also, the long-time established designer Vanessa Bruno will also make her debut on the official calendar.
Finally, newcomers to the calendar this season include Manish Arora, Requiem, Limi Feu and Ana Mika.
