Paris, France - The American American sculptor and fashion creative talent, Sean McGinnis, will be returning to his ancestral homeland of Ireland where he will create one of his elaborate string installations at "Bloom" the exciting new garden show, June 1-4, 2007.

This highly anticipated event will take place in Phoenix Park, Dublin, Ireland. He will be installing his work in collaboration with the award winner garden designer, Anne Kennedy, of Whitestown, County Louth, Ireland.

McGinnis works in creative collaboration with the clothing designers Casey-Vidalenc, in Paris, where he intervenes decoratively on their clothing as well as decorating their showroom with his string sculptures.

He grew-up in Hays, Kansas, attaining a Master of Fine Arts Degree in 1989 from the University of Arizona, Tucson. He as been receiving a great deal of attention in Paris recently for his web-like colorful sculptures. In January of last year, he had an exposition at the prestigeous Joyce Gallery, at the Palais Royal, Paris, which lead to several major private commissions.

Currently, McGinnias has an impressive work, strung with over 2500 meters of interlaced string, permanently installed at la Maison Bleue, also in Paris.
